Asian Festival 2011 Introduction

The Asian Festival, produced and hosted by Asian American Expo is a special collaboration between the Asian American Expo and the Los Angeles County Fair Association. This dynamic pairing brings together two event juggernauts: the Los Angeles County Fair, one of the top 5 largest county fairs in the United States and the Asian American Expo, the largest Asian exposition in the United States. Specifically, the Asian Festival is a diversity event positioned to showcase the Asian community and Asian culture. It's purpose is to bring an essence to the rowdy street markets from abroad to the Los Angeles County Fair. Although this event isn't comparable in size to the annual Asian American Expos, it is just as important.
